The following draft values in action statements have been were distilled from individual feedback from Swinburne staff given at various workshops, surveys and forums.
the cultural change project team led by the organisational development when feedback was examined, there were a number of common themes that emerged. The values in action statements have been drafted in response to these themes and once final will be used in a number of p&C processes including bpd discussions, recruitment processes and performance discussions.
